I currently live and work in Cape Town, South Africa. I established my private practice in Cape Town in 2008, offering Coaching and Psychometric Assessment. I offer my coaching services , as a Transformational Coach, to individuals, couples, families, and groups, who choose to co-create shifts through coaching conversations, in their personal lives, careers, businesses, organisations, or relationships.
I have a medical background and was trained as a Professional Nurse at Groote Schuur Hospital in Cape Town in the early 1980s. I then went on to specialise and work in the fields of Midwifery;Community Health, Child Health, and Primary Health Care, School Nursing and Occupational Health.
I graduated with an Honours degree in Psychology in 2004, and a registered Psychometrist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa in 2005. Since 2006, I have contracted my Psychometric Assessment services to the Psychiatrists and Psychologists at the Crescent Clinic in Cape Town. Additionally,I have gained much experience in professional counselling, empowerment counselling of abused women, and Divorce mediation.
It has been my privilege to coach groups of women at The Clothing Bank in Cape Town since 2012. I am completely aligned with The Clothing Bank’s mission: to empower unemployed
Mothers through enterprise development so that they can become financially and socially independent.
I also offer my coaching and psychometric services to organisations for the purposes of recruitment and team and individual development.
